correctly the nature of the operations in order to make sure they had
been completely settled; Only the settled FXs contracts were signed
and validated. After that, the investment banks paid Citibank in the
case of a sale trade. At the other side, when the operation was a
purchase, Citibank paid the banks after the validation of the
operations;

a client closes a trade, a Foreign Exchange Contract is done, and this
client needs to receive the shares bought;
