Work Experience:

Conway Freight 10/2007 to 06/2013: Operations Manager duties included but not limited to;

-Managing a team of 70 hourly and salary employees.

-Oversee hiring and training of hourly employees on my shift.

- Conducting meetings on various topics such as safety, haz-mat, production, policy and company status.

- Performing weekly payroll review.

- Conduct Annual Performance Reviews for management staff.

- Coach and train Management on improvement opportunities.

- Coordinating interstate movement of drivers and freight in alignment with DOT regulations.

- Forecast manpower needed to effectively complete the day’s work.

Super Target 8/2007 to 10/2008: Stocker/ Unload

-Unload the truck nightly.

- Disburse inventory throughout the store to be stocked.

- Stock shelves with bulk product arriving nightly in grocery, dairy and freezer areas.

- Stock daily pulls and organize shelves.

Wal-Mart Distribution 07/2005 to 08/2006: Loader, order puller duties included;

-Loading up 7,000 pieces of freight daily into trailers via a conveyor belt system.

- Pull/pick orders, up to 5,000 cases a day.

- Yard jockey, moving trailers to and from different areas of the warehouse yard.

-Maintain a safe working environment.

- Organize and separate cartons to ensure proper passage through scanning devices.

YRC (Roadway Express) 08/1996 to 02/2004, 08/2006 to 10/2007: Operations Manager, duties included but not limited

to;

- In charge of up 100 hourly and salaried employees.

- Calculating manpower needs and calling dockworkers to come to work as needed.

- Issuing corrective action to dockworkers and participate in discipline hearings.

- Conducting pre-shift meetings.

- Organize team building outings and events.
