Requirement Gathering: Organising meetings and interviews with stakeholders in order

to gather requirements for improvement of routine reporting, creation of ad-hoc

reports and completion of project work.

Client Support: Provide first line email and phone support to all recipients of the client

performance report who require data or reporting clarification or assistance.

Business Analysis: Provide support to the Quality and Information Security Management

Systems, including tracking, recording and acting on security incidents and audit

actions.

Security Incident Management: Maintain a log of incidents relating to the Information

Security Management System and maintain contact with Incident reporters until the

Corrective Actions have been completed.

Contractual Analysis: Extract information from company contracts to be used to define

and apply metrics to Key Performance Indicators.

Database Management: Creation and maintenance of the company asset and

incident databases for both systems required under company awarded Standards for

Data Quality (ISO9001) and Information Security (ISO27001) and the systems relating to

the company’s Business Continuity Plan and Risk Treatment Plan. Additionally, creation

and Maintenance of Scorecard Database and report in conjunction with Government

department, including data validating and error reporting features.

Project Working: Part of various project teams for company-wide projects. Personally in

charge of customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software and creation of

database and scorecard for joint project with Department for Transport .

Metadata Management: Create and maintain INSPIRE compliant XML Metadata for

our company’s products/Datasets and maintain data.gov.uk account.

Meeting Management: Organise internal and client meetings, give presentations,

create agendas and record actions.

Team Progress Reporting: Report updates of the progress of team projects and

operations to the entire company.

Process Diagram Creation: Documentation and creation of Business Processes and

reporting and data gathering processes in process diagram form.

Intranet: Create and maintain the ‘LinksPage’ intranet system used by all employees by

creating applications and functions and by linking documentation required for business

as usual operations.

Personal Interests

Ultimate Frisbee: I strive to perform at the highest level of competition, with my club I

have finished as highly as 7th place in UK wide National competition. I have previously

represented Great Britain on two separate occasions, first at European Ultimate

Championships (Southampton, 2007) for Great Britain Under 19s team where we finished

runners up and secondly at the World Under 23s Ultimate Championships (Florence, 2010)

where we won the world championships.

Fitness: In order to perform my best in my sport I go to the gym, run sprint workouts on a

running track and attend other fitness sessions to keep my fitness up.
