. Coordinated and managed investigation after workplace violence

situation involving the shootings of seven employees and arson in a

1.5 million square foot distribution facility. Assisted during active

shooter situation by operating video systems and providing direction

for police SWAT teams. Managed follow-up investigation interviewing

140 employees involved in the incident. Maintained full integrity of

the investigation. Result: brought the facility back to full

operational capacity within 48 hours of the incident. Provided

forensic evidence and evaluation of video system information for

agencies involved, Corporate Security and Risk Management.

. Program-Managed the upgrade, installation, implementation and training

of security systems, for new facilities and remodels. Reviewed and

assessed security systems and applications for distribution centers

digital in its security CCTV applications, and access control.

. Coordinated with eight separate law enforcement agencies, federal

governments in the investigation and coordination of multiple

facilities stake out. Result: robberies ceased.

. Designed current surveillance system for Wyoming casino, integrating

their current equipment and an additional 424 cameras into a Pelco

Matrix system. Result: Provided increased security and ensured

significant return on investment by utilizing and augmenting existing

equipment.

. Recipient of the President's Award for providing outstanding efforts

in reducing the company's financial loss by assisting law enforcement

in multiple fraud investigations. Result: seven criminal convictions

for organized crime and subsequent life sentencing.
