Project Exposure

OTP (OPSCO Trade Processing):

OPSCO Trade Processing Subsystem is responsible for the Straight- through

Processing (STP) of trade received from Primary Trading System (PTS) or

manually input into it. This includes trade validation and settlement,

revaluation of trade and positions, provision of analytics, generation of

accounting entries and receipt of confirmation matching statuses.Based on

major functional area, OTP includes Trade Management, Cash flow,

Confirmation, Settlement, Revaluation, Account, Reporting and Auto Static

Capture.

Responsibilities:

review.

DTP (Derivatives Trade Processing):

DTP (Derivatives Trade Processing) is a back office system that processes

trades of various derivative products such as CRD (Credit derivatives), FXO

(Foreign Exchange Options), EQD (Equity Derivatives), and IRD (Interest

Rates Derivatives).

Trades captured by different Front Office Systems (Summit, Sophis, and

Global Calypso) are processed in DTP.

The DTP (Derivatives Trade Processing) subsystem is responsible for the

Straight-Through Processing (STP) of trades received from Summit or

manually input into it. This includes trade validation and enrichment,

generation of cash flow, confirmation and settlement, revaluation of

trades, Accounting and Auto Static Capture, generation of Accounting

entries and receipt of confirmation matching statuses.

Amend and Cancellation using JFreeChart: Sept

JFreeChart is an open-source framework for the programming language Java,

which allows the creation of a wide variety charts.Was asked to display the

dynamic data about reports and we went for the JFreeChart. It showed the

daily, weekly, monthly report against the number of amendments done on the

trade.

Responsibilities:

. Designed the technical document followed by the walkthrough with the

BA team
