Working within the Business Solution Group in the Project space I was

Technical Lead/ Citrix Engineer.

I was the main engineer to provide a solution to the customer for the

migration of their environment which consisted of Citrix Presentation

Server 4.5 on Windows 2003, to a Managed Services Citrix Xenapp 6.5

Platform. This was for a medium size customer with around 300 staff using a

variety of devices such as Thin Client, Windows Desktop/Laptop and Tablet.

I worked for Fujitsu in their managed Services section department. I was

working primarily in a Support role but also had involvement in project

based work. This is for both Fujitsu internally as well as many of

Fujitsu's customers.

As a Helpdesk Operator, I analysed computer and network equipment faults,

raised by the clients. I diagnosed computer and communication equipment

problems. I determined network and equipment faults and often provided

effective step by step solution, by phone at times to resolve these

problems.

To effect fault resolution when faults were associated with the network or

with equipment from supporting organisations, I liased with staff from

external organisations. These included the Commonwealth Bank for

credit/debit card authorisations, IBM for network and equipment faults and

with Breeze Software for software problems and changes.

All reported problems were entered into the fault logging computer system.

This historical log was constantly reviewed to isolate common problems and

to improve our service.

As a Software Tester, working at Mobil Oil Australia, I was responsible for

testing new software that was developed by Advantage Communications. I

conducted this testing by following test procedures and by tracing messages

that were logged on to mainframe files using VOS system commands.
