PROJECTS Water Resource Quantity in the Ohio River Headwaters Pittsburgh, PA, Jan. 2013 to present

• Independently designing web-based interactive map for the headwater region, designing GUI,

building Server and databases using mainly JavaScript

• Worked with PADEP general permit on water discharge/withdrawal

• Performed data cleaning and conversion; USGS and NOAA data(over 2,000,000 records)

• Manipulated data to prepare geo-databases, maps and exhibits with ArcMap to visualize watershed,

water use data, contour lines, water imports and exports information, using editors, object control,

layout map export, etc.

GIS Term Project on route optimization, Spring 2013

• Geocoded the fire incidents for 2011, in Allegheny County, PA

• Developed map of optimized fire station location, best possible response time/routes for all

neighborhoods using network analysis in Arcgis

• Made demand forecast based on previous year fire incidents address

Pittsburgh Intelligent Transportation Data Convertion, Fall 2013

• Converted spatial/non-spatial data (csv file, GPS data) into Arcgis for Cartegraph platform

• Geotagged photos into geodatabase after writing GPS information into image exif

generation, for Civil System Planning and Pricing term project in an international team
