PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Final Year Project:

. Carried out in a 6 month's project on "Effectiveness of

Recruitment and Selection Process with Reference to Steel

Strips Wheels Ltd Chennai".

. During this project I learned about Recruitment and Selection

Procedure of the Organization.

. Finally I was collected 150 samples from the employees in

that organization.

Mini Projects:

. Carried out in a 1 month's project on "Labour Turn Over with

Reference to Leo Prime Comp Pvt Ltd Chennai".

. During this period I learned about turnover of the employees

in that organization.

. Concluded in this project I collected 100 samples from the

employees in that organization.

. Worked as a Customer Service Executive in MUTHOOT FINCORP LTD

From June 2012 to Jan 2013.

. Currently Working as a Territory Sales Officer in STEAMZ AGRO

INDIA PVT LTD.
