Description:
The main objective of RECRUITMENT PROCESS MANAGEMENT (RPM) which is the
module of Human Resources Management (HRMS) application is to provide end
to end facility for the user to recruit candidates in an organization. This
was customized for the Coromandel group of companies by 10XLabs. It was
designed to reduce time and effort for the organization as the whole
process is automated.
RPM is a complete job portal where resumes are maintained in an online
database. The company posts the job, candidates apply, and shortlisted and
the selected candidates are given offer letter.
Responsibilities: As I was the team lead I have shared the work to all my
team members to complete the work in time and I was responsible for the one
of the masters screen of RPM. I have identified test conditions and
designed test cases and noted them in requirements module, Test plan module
of QC. Done execution in the test lab and identified failures and logged
defects with severity.

Title: Novel Defense Mechanism Against Data Flooding Attacks In Wireless Ad
Hoc Networks
Description: Consumer electronic devices generally operate on limited
battery power and therefore are vulnerable to security threats like data
flooding attacks.The system may not guarantee the Quality of Service (QoS)
of burst traffic since multimedia data are usually burst. In my project I
am using period-based defense mechanism,PDM scheme is based on periods and
uses a blacklist to efficiently prevent the data flooding attack, as a
result of which many data packets are forwarded at a high rate for the
whole duration.
