All-Source Intelligence Analyst Supervisor 2008(Present
. Apply best management practices in leading and monitoring a 12-person
multi-service, multi-agency intelligence team
. Identify and create internal training for all intelligence members while
ensuring that strict USAF intelligence accreditations were maintained to
enable 100% mission accomplishment in austere locations
. Perform thorough research in preparing and briefing personnel on
intelligence tasks, developments, and analytical thinking to assure that
the team of 12 staff are equipped with the most current methods of
intelligence analysis
. Organize schedule and monitor qualification requirements and standards
of Air National Guard (ANG) personnel to meet the needs of the United
States Air Force (USAF)
. Facilitate training to more than 1000 employees, along with evaluation
of over 200 USAF All-Source Intelligence Analysts for deployments and
exercises during an intensive 120-hour recurring course that allowed the
