GIS Technician/Quality Control Analyst/Mentor
TechniGraphics Systems Inc., a CACI Company - Wooster, Ohio
• My primary duty as a Quality Control Technician was to analyze the quality of map
products created by GIS Technicians to ensure they are created according to client
specifications and criteria. Responsibilities also include creating (digitizing) maps using
various ESRI software. During my time at Technigraphics Inc. I also served as a Mentor to
fellow employees who would struggle to meet company quality and efficiency standards. My
job was to work with the person(s) on establishing an improvement plan to help them achieve
company standards within in a given time period. In addition to mapping duties, I also
performed research on government contract proposals.
