Directly supervise 27 Access Engineers in Network Architecture relating
to circuit and network design, in compliance with Telecordia Standards.
Restructuring of the Access Engineering Organization resulted in
increasing customer committed due dates met from 33% to 94.3%
creating a projects team provided better utilization of the network.
Responsible for research, development and implementation of methods
and procedures necessary for service order and negotiation support of
