Lead and executed a successful three month auditing project which involved using interpersonal skills to coordinate, work

collaboratively with and unify synergies with two cross functional teams from the engineering and management department

Analyzed problems and driving solutions for Tehila Limited’s fashion business, initiated and developed a planning strategy with

upper level management that positively influenced business outcomes which resulted in new market entry point insights.

Found innovative solutions to financial problems of All Nations Schools a core business of Tehila Limited through the use of

different marketing and strategic tools such as mapping out key performance indicators leading to research on competitors,

market prices, conditions and industry changes. This provided results that contributed to a 15% increased adjustment of cost of

tuition, development of a system of accountability and the establishment of new school accounting methods.
