Solutions
• Lead gathering requirements on the major projects in the Fixed Income
d ivision. This included industry driven initiatives such as Trade Clearing
p latforms.
• Provision of technology solutions to the Operations division as well as to
other users, ranging from root cause analysis to creation of new
f unctionalities or the enhancement of existing systems and processes, in
accordance with the real-time needs of the business
• Resolution of issues in the systems used by Operations to maintain
business integrity (e.g. t rade f lows, reports, data queries etc)
• Supervision of my support team and management of the Business As Usual
P rocesses. Ensuring the team’s model is always efficient to serve the clients
by maintaining efficient workflows and addressing root cause of issues as

support work to an external company in Bangalore to increase overall

carries out tests to ensure the technology can run on the backup hardware

Relationship Management & Communications
• Writing monthly reports to stakeholders to view t rends in issues/exceptions

issues/enhancements, based on Return on Investment.
