• Redesigned and implemented new procedures at all Gold Cost terminals which resulted in a consistent yearly operating ratio of 79

• Responsible for overview and analysis of Safety and Compliance Department issues instituted all necessary corrections to bring department up to DOT Compliance

Terminal Manager 2003 – 2005

• Exceeded all goals presented. A reduction of 6 full points on a daily basis to labor to revenue percentage was achieved. This was accomplished by controlling driver costs with new start times and a complete redesign of the daily pedal operation

• Redesigned out bound loading procedures which resulted in an 8% drop to the line haul percentage costs

Operations Manager 1993 – 2003

• Managed 60 door terminal with a total of 60 employees

• Responsibilities included the meeting of all company goals pertaining to the LTL operation as well as the daily distribution operation to the GAP and Marshalls Department stores

• Terminal was designated as training facility for all new management hires – provided training on all company policies and procedures
