Responsibilities:

Organized the construction works and construction sites.

Coordinated the work of subcontractors.

Supervised the process of erecting buildings, coordinated the piling process utilizing

Jack-in pile technology, and succeeded in completing work 14% ahead of the tentative

schedule.

Provided assistance to Project Manager.

Oversaw safety controls of the construction works.

Conducted buildings commissioning and quality control.

Participated in the product and process development, including implementation of the

new projects and the methods of their execution.

Represented the company in meetings with suppliers and during GRAND U sales

events.

Responsibilities:

Coordinated of the projects. Reported on the progress of the project and conducted

cost analysis.

Preparation of task order schedules.

Supervised workers, delegated tasks and conducted quality control checks. As a result

of my work many construction stages were completed ahead of schedule.

Solved issues on site and in the design process, including an overall saving of 32% on

reinforcement steel used compared to previous similar projects.

Facilitated clear communication between international workers.

Developed and helped implement a new system for the planning department which

streamlined the organization and coordination of realization the projects.

Conducted meetings with business partners; of which included international

corporations, politicians and publically recognized figures.
