Wireless Field Engineer at Ericsson, Fort Myers, FL 4/2013 – Present (Contract)

I respond to field operations specific trouble tickets. My duties include monitoring, servicing, and maintaining Sprint’s wireless
& wire line networks and proactively monitoring network alarms remotely, responding to network alarms and remotely
troubleshooting issues causing the alarms. If a remote solution is not effective I respond to these issues by traveling to the cell
tower where I physically troubleshoot the BTS/RBS and RF equipment. I work hands on with (Ericsson’s) LTE technology and
(Nortel’s) CDMA and EVDO technologies. I also test, troubleshoot, and resolve T1 issues as well as work with Telco companies

Cellular Network Field Engineer at Metro PCS, Tampa, FL, 10/2012 – 3/2013 (6 Mo. Contract)

I responded to cell site alarms and dispatches for network troubleshooting and restoration. My duties included monitoring,
servicing, and maintaining Metro PCS’s cellular networks. I proactively monitored network alarms remotely, responding to
network alarms and remotely troubleshooting issues causing the alarms. I also traveled to the cell sites where I physically
worked hands on with (Ericsson’s) LTE and (Alcatel Lucent) CDMA and EVDO technologies. I worked to help resolve T1 circuit
issues by testing and troubleshooting as well as work with Verizon and Bright house in doing so. I was also responsible for
working with (Westell) on their cell extender solutions primarily in the NW Florida region. I extensively performed routine
Emergency 911 test calls in Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus Counties by utilizing GPS capabilities and on-line
network control tools. I also worked very closely with Switch and NOC Technicians as well as RF Engineers on network
integrations and convergences. Most of my maintenance window work consisted of RF sweeps and tests utilizing numerous RF

I provided front line support to Fracturing & Stimulation, Cement, Water Solutions, and Boots & Coots operations and crews. I
would travel to various remote and rural locations on service calls and when not in the field I would work at a facility where I
would perform preventive maintenance work and repairs. I worked directly with the Company man of companies such as Shell,
Mobile, and Exxon to resolve computer, network, and technical issues. I worked with very sophisticated equipment unlike any
on Earth such as Frac Pumps, Blenders, Cement Pumps, Well Heads, TCC’s (Technical Command Center), and ROC’s (Remote
Operation Command). This equipment contained highly complex computer systems and network communication systems &
sensors which I would troubleshoot and maintain. I worked hands on with Flex, Daisy Data, Dell, and HP computer systems
and rack mount servers from repairing and setting them up to re-building them. I was responsible for making sure the
Company man, Field Engineers, operators, and managers had internet access by setting up and configuring satellite
communication systems, Cisco switches, VoIP telephones, and routers. I was also responsible for providing support with
connectivity issues and providing user support with establishing corporate domain access. This work also consisted of
coordinating with the ROC so that the jobs could be logged and controlled remotely. Also, each node that was attached to the
equipment contained a custom image that I was responsible for creating and maintaining. I was also the primary POC for the
research and distribution of specialized software and hardware for the image making process.

I provided onsite level 1 support to both IAG data production and editorial departments and ensured that the network and
