• In-depth knowledge of a paper machine wet end process

• Proficient in Foxboro I/A- DCS Systems, ABB controls, Process Book trends, flows and

charts

• Experienced in steam systems, sheet drying, draws, size press starch applications,

calendar stack controls, and dry end operations

• Hands-on experience with installing wires, wet felts, and dryer felts

• Troubleshooting run ability and quality issues

• Experienced in writing up lockout procedures

• Locking out equipment

• Directs employees on outages and upset conditions in a safely manner

• Approves time for hourly employees on Work Brain Time Management System

• Fills out weekly shift schedules
