. A SUBSAMPLING BASED NEURAL NETWORK FOR TEXT DETECTION

The project is to determine whether the input image contains text or

not based on subsampling based neurel network. It is done by training the

neural network by sending large number of input images which are of same

sizes. The algorithm used for training the neural network is back

propagation algorithm
