Integrated Communication Service is designed for the company to get the referendum of

employees over specific issues, manage employees in a better way and to provide a net based

voting support for the departments to elect a representative for the department or branch.

Integrated Communication Service is divided into two modules.

• Administrative Module

• Employee Module

Administrator task includes Employee Registration i.e. new employee recruitment will take

place. News and information about company can be access by an employee. Authorities will

refer the complaints, which are given by employees. Issues will be kept in front of related

employees to get proper solutions. For selecting higher posts, Elections will be conducted.
