Position: Site Project Planner

Activities: Responsible for development, management, risk assessment and resolution of various early works

electrical and instrumentation (E&I) project schedules for ABB. As a core team member of the construction team,

identification and management of critical path tasks, management of resources and provision of weekly and

monthly progress, milestone reporting and construction recovery plans with Client team representatives. Additional

duties include aiding quantity surveyor in preparation of bill of quantities (at tender) and procurement of materials;

in-house training of project managers and site staff on schedule preparation and reporting requirements; and

preparation of tender and contract documents.

Activities: Coordination of all construction activities of all project power components. Principally responsible for

supporting senior management to ensure delivery of each project milestone on time and under budget.

Responsible for all internal (JVP) and external (client and contractor) coordination, correspondence, and reporting

of progress. Act in an advisory role for identification and mitigation of foreseen site health, safety, environment

and community impacts/issues for all contractor work front in compliance with project requirements.

fronts and contractors. Principally responsible for all development and implementation of strategic initiatives to

minimize construction related impacts of JVP contractors on affected communities for all project work fronts (civil,

electrical, earthworks). Responsible for all internal (JVP) and external (client and contractor) coordination,

correspondence, and reporting regarding all construction related social elements.

Name of Project: Jansen 1 Project Hub Contract: Environmental Management Planning, Canada

Client/Year: BHP Billiton. April to September 2011.

Main Project Features: A large potash mine located Saskatchewan, Canada.

Position: Community Relations Manager.

Activities: Responsible for developing and executing the Aboriginal Peoples Participation Plan to ensure the

maximization of Aboriginal and local employment and procurement opportunities on the Project. Intended to

transfer to site to aid the client in development and implementation of community relations and development

programs for construction.

Name of Project: Sudbury Atmospheric Emissions Reduction (AER) Project EPCM: Socio-economic Evaluation

Study, Ontario, Canada.

Client/Year: Vale/May 2011.

Main Project Features: A project designed to achieve environmental compliance of 2015 by the reduction in

atmospheric emissions of Vale’s Copper Cliff Smelter and Nickel Refinery.

Position: Lead Socio-Economic Analyst.

Activities: Stakeholder engagement advisor and responsible for the preparation of the Socio-economic Evaluation

Activities: Preparation of the Social Impact and Gender Equality Study. Responsible for designing and

implementing a training program/information session for local workers on site.

Name of Project: Denali Alaska Gas Pipeline Project: Aboriginal Traditional Knowledge/Traditional Land Use

(ATK/TLU) Scoping Study, Yukon, Canada.

Client/Year: Denali Canada, 2009.

Main Project Features: The project consists of a natural gas treatment plant on the North Slope, a pipeline

2,000 miles long to Alberta, Canada and, if required, a 1,500 mile-long pipeline from Alberta to Chicago.

Position: Lead Socio-Economic Analyst and Project Manager.

Activities: Project manager and lead analyst in the preparation of the ATK-TLU Scoping Study.

Name of Projects: Bathurst Inlet Port and Road Project: Socio-economic Impact Study, Nunavut, Canada
