. Designed, implemented and managed the computer network
for the Fair Lawn Police Department. This included
internet connectivity, security, application servers,
client workstations, printers and various connections to
the New Jersey State Police and Bergen County
Prosecutors Office.
. Redesigned the computer network for Northwest Bergen
Central Dispatch. This included setting up a totally
redundant network with failover both on the server and
workstation side. Also including a redundant internet
connection.
. Designed, implemented and oversaw the roll out of a
turnkey network infrastructure for the Florham Park
Police Department. This was a complete network roll out
consisting of 19 workstations, 4 windows 2003 servers
and 10 printers. This site was fully operational within
24 hours of the initial roll out.
. Designed, implemented and managed the computer network
for the Paramus Police Department with a force of over
120 active officers. This included internet
connectivity, security, application servers, client
workstations, printers and various connections to the
New Jersey State Police and Bergen County Prosecutors
Office.
. Collaborated with a team of police, fire and EMS
officials in designing and deploying the Bergen County
Task Force. This consisted of a group of vehicles, buses
and trucks capable of setting up a mobile command center
with radio, phone and computer networking capabilities
in case of a major disaster.
. Documented police department sites for security audits
required by the New Jersey State Police. Network
diagrams were designed using Microsoft Visio. Diagrams
were designed and submitted for approval before an on
site inspection was performed by NJSP security
personnel.
. Developed secure centralized storage of client
information, diagrams, configuration files for all of
the GTBM's clients so field engineers could diagnose
problems from the field. This allowed for faster
response times to service tickets and less down time for
client sites.
. Severed on company's Operations Improvement team, where
we outlined a strategic plan to streamline the service
departments day to day operations, including
implementing policies and procedures, and an employee
performance rating model
