Ensured that the IT Infrastructure, systems, and applications worked efficiently and effectively, and protected the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the bank’s data and servers. Reduced telecommunication costs via restructuring and eliminated extraneous services. Accountable for budgeting, strategic planning, vendor management and leadership.
Recovered two billing periods in credits from phone billing overcharges and saved 15% on recurring charges for the remainder of the contracts by consolidating accounts and enforcing the correct phone tariff contracted.
