The Fraud Specialist III is a multifaceted role, which requires the ability to manage complex customer

issues, monitor departmental service levels and workload while maintaining consistent communication

with Customer Support Leadership.

Research and resolve orders held for fraud check utilizing fraud research judgment and fraud tools.

Managing the customer research floor/workload and effectively meet the departmental service level and

Maintain service level with minimal impact to customers. Make proactive call outs to leadership when

departmental service levels are at risk. Identify opportunities to improve practices and optimize

technology.

Understanding of call center operational management including service levels and workloads. Proven

problem solving and decision making skills. Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up

skills. Ability to work independently without constant direct supervision or direction. Demonstrated ability

to multi-task, motivate teams with experience being a group leader.

PC skills: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and other software/database skills.
