• Led the successful transition from waterfall to AGILE SDLC framework utilizing SCRUM in two
IT departments with staff sizes ranging from twenty to sixty five. Improved application quality
resulting in a 62% reduction in production problem tickets, and raising on time, within budget
project delivery from 34% to 87%. Post implementation issues were reduced 63%.
• Created communication programs with key business stakeholders to foster understanding and
communication surrounding project effectiveness. Established periodic checkpoints covering
project priority, current and planned task status, resource impact, and budget tracking. This resulted
