. Installed complete mission critical Telco Operational Support Systems for

tier1 Service Providers. The System is used to serve 611 calls. Platform

was HP, series 9000 boxes, with associated interfaces to Test Systems,

Billing and Provisioning. Worked on-site with Bell Canada, Sprint, Cable &

Wireless, Vesper (Brazil), MT&T, SaskTel, Aliant and number of smaller

telcos in the States. Worked on complete System installation, starting from

OS (HP-UX) installation, Oracle database installation, kernel tuning,

associated multiplexers/X.25 installations, null modem cables to Testheads,

testing into each CO and remotes, Call Center client software

installations, sometimes even get into user training as some of the agents

got PCs the first time with our application. Before they were using

terminals off the mainframe. Got involved in on-site interface creation

with AS400 Billing Systems, using ftp files.

. Amalgamated several Test Centers into single one increasing operational

efficiency and replacing multiple boxes with a single one.
