. Smooth Laundry Operations, Detailing while handling Delicate &

Expensive garments, Top Notch Product, 100% satisfaction of Internal

& External Guests, care for fabrics, Zero defect product, Trials with

new chemicals, Training of Employees, Close coordination with the

user departments for smooth Bed & bath Linen Requirements for Rooms,

F&B Linen for Outlets & Banquets, Stain free uniforms for Hotel

Employees. Help EHK in Textile related queries & processes involved,

Budget Forecasting, Appraisals etc. Advise Housekeeper on handling of

costly & delicate fabric and upholsteries.

. Pre-opening team and playing a key role in setting up the laundry of

201 rooms and apartments as per Park Hyatt standard.

. Supported the project team in planning, installation and

commissioning of all laundry equipment's.

. Coordinated between the vendor, chemical, contractors and project

team in shaping up the laundry from a basic structure to a world

class laundry.

. Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Rooms/ Housekeeping

Manager, Responsible for the general administration and operation of

the Laundry Department (including Linen/Uniform Section), and

provides supervision, direction and leadership to ensure efficient

and customer-oriented service in the Laundry department.

as pre-opening team member till Feb-2012.

. Worked with Grand Mercure Bangalore as an Assistant Manager Laundry

(Laundry in charge) from 2008 Nov till Oct 2010.

. Worked for Grand Hyatt Dubai as Team Leader from 2004 to 2008 October.

. Worked for Grand Hyatt Delhi (The Grand) for 2000 January to 2003.
