Responsibilities

Welding, installing, modifying, repairing, replacing many kinds of indistrial equipment as furnaces, ovens,

saws, presses, Vulcan grinders, facility and building. Inspecting and reparing electric and propaine forklifts and

manipulators. Most of the time welding various kind of metals. bearings, shafts, valves, cooling towers, heat

exchangers, sprockets, cranes, pulleys, rail cars, PMS, lubricating, inspecting and modifying equiptment.

Responsibilities

Working on furnaces and ovens, repairing them, calibrating and modifying them, get them ready for survey

and insolating them. Running lines of oil, air, water and conducts. Welding mig, tig, arc and acetelyne, metals

like inconnel, cast metal, black metal, stainless steel, titanium, galvanize, aluminum and copper.manipulators,

repairing scrap and metAl containers. Modifying equipment for engineers. Working on 5 to 25 tons presses,

swing saws, bend saws and heat treat equiptment as quench and salt baths and any equipment related with

the production of aerospace parts.

Skills Used

Always performing the best, we needed to keep equiptment 100% accurate so production keeps producing

money. Welder, Plummer, mechanic, driver, asslembler, pm technician, forklift mechanic, use of man lift,

scissor lift and company truck.

maintenance mechanic

Responsibilities

Inspect all forklifts daily for leaks and oil, fill all propane tanks, check the glycol on quenches, inspect the

presses and furnaces for leaks or any problems reported by production. Welding baskets, containers, furnaces,

presses and anything that need it or requested maintenance. Working on building as lights, office, restrooms,

paint, or any remodeling require.

Skills Used

Fast learner at things that I didn't experienced before, helping production when maintenance didnt have much

work. On call, weld titanium, inconnel, stainless steel, cast metal, Coper, galvanize, black metal and bronze.

Responsibilities

The first 3 years I started loading, unloading, sorting and package handler. The last 6 years I was maintenance

mechanic, replacing belts, motors, conveyors, timers, scanners and sensors. Welding bulk cars, slides, trailers

that were vandalize, conveyors and facility.

Skills Used

I was able to load up 200 to 300 packages per hour, unload a 54” on a hour with labels up. Sort to many states

by zip codes, deliver packages on west LA, cerritos, norwalk and most of south east Cali. Welding most of

the time and replacing belts and scanners.
