deviation from normal values to a nurse.

. Performing Electrocardiograms (EKG)

. Basic labolatory procedures and phlebotomy

. Assist Patient with basic needs : skin care, grooming, oral hygiene

. Observes and reports any changes in patient mental, physical or

emotional condition

. Assist patient with ambulations / transfers as specified on the PCT Care

plan
