Summary of experience

Seventeen years of experience of traffic maintenance in scope of

instrumentation and control systems of refinery plants as an Engineer and

then as a Supervisor. Reaction on the disruptions and failures work of

plants and reinstatement of the production process after shutdown.

Maintenance inspections, configuration, repair instrumentation, automation,

electrical and control system equipment. Checking the correct operation of

the control systems DCS, ESD, BMS. Maintenance of Machine Monitoring

System, Gas Detection System, Fire Detection System.

Two years of experience of marine engineering. Participated in the four

voyages of marine as an engine room watch and marine electro automation

officer. Service, supervision, repair of electrical and automations devices

on the ship

Six years of experience of working in project teams of Refinery investment

projects including the project about value of $2 billion and project in

feed phase of reconstruction drilling platform for extraction platform.

Participate in all phases of the project: FEED, Engineering, Procurement,

Construction, commissioning and start-up. Experience in development and

review, according to the technical standards: P&ID, wiring diagrams, logic

diagrams, loop diagrams, cause and effect diagrams, instrument data sheets,

cable list, piping isometric drawings, hook-up, calculations of instruments

specifications, technical bid evaluations, material requisitions.

Configuration DCS, ESD, BMS. Participating in HAZOP, SIL analysis and 3D

model review and in FAT and SAT of vendors equipment. Checking loop

diagrams, installation details, location drawings, terminals layout and

wiring and vendor packages. Project schedule planning and tracking of cost

development.
