Objective

sale, postpone, or cancel out the loan on the property

• Confirm that the loan was in current foreclosure status by checking proper disposal codes.

• Confirm that all proper legal actions have been performed before foreclosing.

• Bill all third parties involved with the loan such as titles companies and bank of America.

• Audit all billing invoices.
