Scope & Description:

This project is to develop an application to handle electricity and gas

supply for customer Northern Ireland Electricity PLC. Oracle CC&B framework

is used for developing all the business logics for customer handling.

Role & Responsibilities:

. Developing Bills and Letters Using Pitney Bowes DOC1 Designer. It's a

tool use to develop bills and letters which takes input files from

oracle CC&B which map to the bills and letters. This tool used to

build all the development logic for bills and letters.

. Release and Deployment in the DOC1 server.

. Provide training to other team members in DOC1 Designer Tool.

. Worked on Billing, Payments, and Config Tool modules in CC&B.

. Post go -live of the project continued to be a part of the warranty

support team, fixing defects and working on CRs.

. At client location dealing with business for Billing and Doc1 related

requirements.
