Responsibilities and Goals

As a Sales Merchandiser for HDA, I am responsible for visuals, pricing, POG, inventory, scheduling,

t ime reporting and the most elite customer service. Each client is serviced with respect and efficiency.

As an order entry representative for Federated Department Stores, my responsibilities included

quality customer service, call control and upsell attempts. Each client was serviced with respect and

efficiency.

As a team coordinator for Federated Department Stores, my responsibilities included quality customer

service, personal attention to Presidential accounts, liaison for Team Supervisor by coaching and

assisting customer service representatives with quality customer service, call control and upsell

incentives. Each representative was empowered and treated with respect and efficiency.
