• Test Director – Develop a test plan and test procedures for customer acceptance testing of a multicast video distribution
communication system. Act as the primary customer representative on-site guiding the customer (a US Marine Major)
through the testing process while managing a team of six (6) test engineers testing satellite communication, verifying
contract hardware specifications and demonstrating software verification for twelve (12) communication systems that
consisted of satellite antennas and transmission equipment, multiple video transcoders, and Windows 2003 servers.
• Technical Documentation Manager/Developer – Author and manage a team of the authoring of multiple technical
manuals and quick reference guides for many commercial and government agencies on complex satellite communication
systems, TDMA satellite modems, and multicast video distribution.
• Training Developer – Author multiple training and sales presentations for military and commercial products that have
been used by technical instructors and sales persons.

Technical Instructor / System Engineer
Received multiple awards from the company and was requested by name by customers to train, document,
advise, troubleshoot, or be a team member on multiple fielding missions. My dedication to the end customer
(Primarily the US Marine Corps) was directly reflected in their dedication to me.
Provide worldwide, including overseas combat areas, training, documentation, troubleshooting, and installation
support of deployable military satellite communication systems. As a Systems Engineer, design and oversee the
integration, customer acceptance testing and installation of 32 deployable Satellite and Data Networking
Terminals. Work far beyond the 40-hour week spending countless hours on the phone with satellite providers,
customers (such as the US National Guard), and equipment vendors to ensure the systems were delivered in
accordance with contractual obligations.

Informed by my supervisor shortly after my first year review that I was receiving the highest pay raise he had ever
seen due to my tireless work ethic, customer management, and technical proficiency.
Responsible for the physical transitioning and installation of over 1000 Computers, Printers, Cisco Switches,
Cisco Routers, and VOIP devices from a Legacy network to the NMCI (Navy/Marine Corps Intranet) network in
eight (8) geographic sites.

Sergeant – Tactical Data Network Engineer
Recognized multiple times with personal awards. Meritoriously promoted to nearly every rank for outstanding
leadership, job proficiency, and conduct as a Marine. My biggest accomplishment was being chosen as part of an
elite two-man troubleshooting team (the other member being a Chief Warrant Officer) being deployed any time,
day or night, while in Anbar Province, Iraq in 2005. We traveled to 13 camps providing troubleshooting, training,
maintenance, and field upgrades to some of the most remote, important, and dangerous camps in all of Iraq
including Army, Navy Seal, Delta Force, and Other Government Agency (OGA) camps.
Troubleshoot, install, configure, maintain, design, document, and upgrade all aspects of WAN and LAN multi-
server/client system environment that includes a multitude of network equipment such as Cisco Switches and
Routers, DNE and Promina multiplexing equipment, tactical/commercial transmission equipment, transmission
encryption equipment, and Microsoft Windows Server system administration. Built, installed, and managed all
network, and system administration for the 2 nd Marine Division (approx. 20,000 Marines) including personally
managing the links to our infantry battalions while combat deployed.

Manage and built all technical aspects of a 3000+ user Internet Service Provider including building 10+ LINUX
