Responsibilities:
Project handover from marketing, clarity to the factory from the client.
Factory kick off, freeze technical specification of the component and machines.
Check the drawing and correction of the drawings.
Help in Project Planning.
Freeze the function design specification and design qualification.
Help in Resource Management
Prepare and update Project Activities in MS Project.
Managed scheduling and monitoring of the project in Designing, planning,
procurement of materials and follow up for the same.
The project tracking based Micro Soft Project within given time, updates the status the
client and monitoring the project cost.
Help in Risk Management
Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, deviations through Detailed Engineering and
implement corrective actions to ensure that production targets.
Solving Technical issues and providing clarity in scope of supply and other issues
raised by client.
Track change requests closely and submit the change request proposals and get the
necessary approvals from the customer PM
Update the reports of the different projects and assign the weekly task.
Prepare and maintain the Project Organization chart
Off load the jobs to the vendor and follow up with the vendors.
Update the cost of the project on monthly and delay reports of individual department.
Co ordinate with the different departments for projects.
Understand Infors One Point Implementation Methodology (OPIM) and ensure that the
same is complied to during the implementation

To study and development of Al metal matrix composite. . In the project, there is a
mixing of Silicon carbide powder in the molten Al with the help of stir casting &
discussed about the microstructure.
Major Project
To study the Mechanical properties of Al Metal Matrix Composite including Shear
Strength, Hardness, Tensile Strength & Stress Strain Diagram.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:.
Takes part in 3 days ISTE sponsored National Workshop on Computer Aided Technologies (CA
X), Coordination in Academic Council of Mechanical Engineering (ACME’10), participating in
blood donation camp and like to play football.
