Managed the Air Force News (AFNEWS) Agency's European contingency operations to provide American

Forces Radio and Television Service (AFRTS) equipment and broadcasting mission via radio and television.

Coordinated with AFRTS to provide American Forces Network (AFN) programminf and command

information to more than 400,000 warfighters and families throughout Europe and the US Central

Command's (CENTCOM) area of responsibility (AOR) which includes Operations Enduring Freedom and

Iraqui Freedom. Coordinated equipment installations and maintains tracking databases to account for over

8,000 satellite TV, radio and cable systems worth $2.3M deployed in the CENTCOM AOR. Advised

AFNEWS/AFRTS leadership on issues impacting mission and equipment performance for 90 manned and

unmanned transmitter sites. Managed logistics for deploying personnel and equipment to support contingency

operations.

Developed, researched and evaluated interactive courseware for all training squadrons at Keesler AFB, MS.

Utilized occupational survey data, task analysis data and other job related performance data to ensure

developed courseware is relevant to the curriculum. Reviewed plans of instruction, study materials, objectives

and measurement devices to develop appropriate multimedia options and instructional development

strategies. Built flow charts and wrote scripts and simulation sequences. Developed storyboards and video
