• Architected and designed BI/Data Warehouse solution for Revenue and Planning department.
• Developed predictive analytics models to maximize the operational efficiency and
dependability of the Airline. Models also minimize schedule-driven costs and reduce the effort
and time for schedule development. These models (in conjunction with other costs savings
efforts) saved 1.2 billion dollars in fixed costs annually, during a very difficult financial times
for the company.
• Implemented a large BI project for the AA Call center that consolidated several
heterogeneous data sources via ETL to a DW. Built ODS, reports and applications on top of
the DW.
• Led Center of Excellence teams for “Agile Development” and “Enterprise Data”.
• Managed key relationships within business stakeholders and negotiated BPR with business
units to achieve optimal ROI.
