tabulation (crosstabs, writing/checking tab specs, banner
design, stats, weighting), data cleaning, validation, recoding,
data entry, verbatim transcription/coding/codeframe design,
survey coding and editing. My typing speed is approx. 70 WPM.
I can accommodate all data formats and survey types (paper,
web, CATI). I proficiently utilize Wincross tabulation
software, SPSS, and MS Office applications.
Strong verbal/written communication skills, client/customer
service professionalism at all times, fierce attention to
detail and a passion for quality and accuracy are attributes
that I can offer. I am available to work across all time
zones, as well as offer weekends and evenings for those tight

At the Research Center, I was exposed to many different
industries including Health Care, Insurance, Food, Clothing,
Travel, Computer Technology, and Retail Grocery. I began
working there as a telephone interviewer in 1989 after
graduating from High School. I soon advanced to Data Entry and
Data Processing. In addition, I was a Focus Group moderator as
well as the primary trainer for new employees in the
interviewing, data entry, coding, and data processing
departments.
