Job Description:

Responsible for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Alcatel and Motorola BTS.

Management of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and On-Call

teams for site down issues.

Handling of different alarms, taking Trouble Tickets (TT) from NOC, OMC and solve them in

prescribed time.

Maintenance and troubleshooting of NEC Microwave Link.

Verification of transmission path from BTS to BSC and reconnecting ABIS and OML.

Configuration and alignment of MW Links i.e. NEC Pasolink, NEC NEO.

Expansion in BTS rack, adding TREs and sectors etc.

Documentation and provide daily reports to higher management.

Supervise the maintenance of electrical equipments in ATS Panel and GEDP.

Lead Technical Site Survey (TSS) and Line of Sight (LoS) surveys on customer sites.

Supervise the delivery of equipments, verification of antenna heights and azimuth on sites.

Documentation of TSS, LoS and CER reports.

Coordinate with operator, vendor and subcontractors for different activities of sites.
