SELECTED PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
EXPERTISE developed in Aerospace Project Engineering with space hardware
development during a period of more than five years supporting N.A.S.A.
RESEARCHED and developed plans for the fire extinguisher system for use on
manned, orbital vehicles.
DEVELOPED and oversaw large Statement of Work documents collaborating with
multiple outside vendors.
OVERSAW the successful delivery of Active Soft Capture System Engineering
Development Unit of the iLIDS Docking System on an accelerated schedule.
PERFORMED architecture design for both Phase One and Two deliveries for the
Swingbed Experimental Payload as well as the final pre-launch hardware
checkout for the on-time delivery of Phase One.
TRANSITIONED proof-of-concept designs into actual flight products for both
the Emergency Mask and Fire Cartridge for International Space Station
(ISS). This included requirements definitions, pre-production hardware
fabrication and design verification. Created the respirator cartridge in
case of fire aboard the ISS.
