Telecom Department manager- Mali Branch:

Led teams that designed, installed, tested and delivered more than 100 cellular sites for the Government of Mali’s operators

(Sotlema and Orange)

As a subcontractor to Huawei Technologies CO., I managed a team of eight field engineers and thirty two technicians to

perform the following:

Installed and configured the Cellular tower equipments (BTS’s, Microwave Links and Alarms) and commence d the

operations of each site (Turnkey sites)

Installed RTN Microwave equipment including [RTN 605, RTN620, RTN910]

Calculated power budgets and installed multiple solar systems including [400W,600W,1100W]

Upgraded legacy 2G equipment to 3G capable systems which included the BT S equipments and Microwave Links

As a subcontractor to Huawei and Siemens, I worked as filed Engineer to perform the following:

Installed and configured CDMA-capable BTS units for SudaTel Company ( The Operator of the Government in

Sudan as I had to received the mobile towers of civil department then leaded my team as we installed all H/W and

S/W ( The installation of Hardware’s of BTS’s, Microwave Links and Alarms then configured them to g et the sites

on air (in service) – sub contractor for Huawi

Upgraded the field equipment to 3G for SudaTel Company (The operator of the Government) in Sudan. Installed and

configured WCDMA BTS equipment, .Updated the MW Links capacities calculations to get the WCDMA system

operational - sub contractor for Huawi

Installed and configured Micro Wave Links For Zain Operator Company (International Operator ) in Sudan (PDH,

SDH) - – sub contractor for Siemens

Installed and configured RTN MW. For SudaTel - – sub contractor for Huawi

As a subcontractor to Siemens (International Vendor), I worked as Senior Engineer to perform the following:

Assistant for the telecommunication manger (BTs’s and MW Links ) For Zain Operator Company in Sudan as I had

to manage the Field teams and I was technical support for the Field Engineers

Assistant for the RF Designer of the in the designs of the Microwave links (Microwave Planner assistant) using Path

loss Program

configured the BTS’s,the Microwave Links and Alarms then made the connection with the BSC to get the sites in

service

Worked as a Rigging Engineer for the project of Ericsson CO. for Etisalat Company Installed (Antenna as, feeders,BTS’s and the power converter)

Updated the sites from 2G System to 3G System) for Mobinil for the project of repairing old sit es

Installed new sites for Mobinile, as a Rigging Engineer

Made complete surveying reports for the project of Surveying for Alcatel Lucent Egypt as I made complete scurvies

for more than 40 sites in Upper Egypt (Complete Survey [H/W and S/W] to prepare to update them).
