shifts.

Production manager

Responsible for daily operations which included but were not limited to rebuilding of greenlee pipe benders, rigid pipe threaders,

skyjacks, hydraulic rams and pumps, paint department, fabrication, assembly, safety and OSHA.

Plant Manager

Responsible for opening and setting up this new manufacturing facility in 1995, in charge of all aspects of facility operations for

corrugated, plastics, rubber, textiles and non-woven industries. Managed and supervised up to 72 employees, manufacturing, planning,

purchasing, production, inventory, logistics and facility maintenance. Safety director with OSHA training and implementation.

Decreased delivery times while reducing cost and increasing gross margins. Implemented plans and processes through utilization of

manpower, equipment, vendors, material and capital. Negotiated contracts for international carriers such as Panalpina, Danzas,

Schenkers and OTS. Negotiated contracts with UPS and FedEx. Performed weekly uplift of international shipments from Europe and

also Japan, India, Mexico and Canada.
