Maintenance, General: Performed work involving the skills of two or more maintenance task occupations

to keep apartments/establishment in repair. Duties involve; insulating; repairing electrical items; installing,

aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing minor problems in apartments.

Maintenance Supervisor: I served on call duties as necessary and /or as scheduled by the Property

Manager. Installed appliances in apartments such as hot water heaters, furnaces and heat pumps. Keep

a good supply of parts for the staff/shop, help keep the grounds up on site, maintain a preventative

maintenance program to keep material in order. I provided assistance to property manager during a

budgeting process for all maintenance locations.
