Project Title : Prevention of Shared Root Node Attach in MAODV

Description :Attacks on Shared Multicast tree Root node and Attacks on Control packet can be prevented using

the Optimal Distance algorithm. This provides the secure solution for multicast routing in Mobile Ad-hoc

Networks in on-demand multicast routing protocol (MAODV). Both the shared root node attack and control

packet attack can be detected by using two hop acknowledgements. These attacks can be prevented by

reconfiguring and load balancing.
