• Operating sewing machine, unroll cradle and staging table.
• Monitor carpet for defects, note any defect on defect sheet/sew on report.
• Mark all quality checks with two-sided tape and verify that all Shaw order is ready to be
processed in Extrusion.
ACHIEVEMENT
• N2 third shift in 2010 met the 50,000 target consecutively for two weeks when I handled
sew on. My team, N1 first shift in December 2010, won the zero off quality.

• Deliver product to customers in an efficient, timely, courteous and accurate manner
Ensure that all accounts are maintained according to the published schematics.
• Secure and maintain distribution of all authorized company products.
• Promote the addition and sales of new products.
• Ensure sufficient route inventory levels to meet customer demands while adhering to
account inventory control and company distribution procedures.
• Submit all customer paperwork and deposits daily; including invoices, load orders, and
handheld reports.
• Maintain proper handheld records for all accounts. Resolve customer complaints.
• Load or unload cases of product manually with hook, handcart or pallet-jack onto and off
the truck. Ensure load is properly secured. Collect empty cases. Stock and/or rotate
product on shelves or in cold room.

• Operate at a ‘’keep it running’’ level. Verify shop order information.
• Jump seams, monitor operation shear machine.
• Monitor carpet for defects and report appropriately
• Complete and distribute all necessary paper work.
