Jrock technology is a staffing contracting company with clients in private, government and non-profit
organizations. This was an in-house Loan Processing Application Project (LPAP) for the automation of their Loan
Application process for Jrock technology.
Responsibilities:
• Independently responsible for eliciting requirement through interviews, survey, observation, requirement
workshops, business process descriptions, business analysis, scenarios, Use cases for the Loan
Processing Application Project (LPAP)
• Setup Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for stakeholders for gathering, clarifying and
verifying Business requirements for the Loan Application System.

information that staff often want to change. The software was made into an enterprise system with all users
needing an account to assess it and a trigger put to alert HR of any change on any staff account.
Responsibilities:
• Involved in the process of gathering requirement from HR staff, researching staff documents and
interviews HR manager.
• Acted as a middleman between HR department, other staffs (end users) and the software developer
through which requirement flows.
• Organized Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for gathering, analyzing and clarifying
