Fire Prevention Specialist-Lead

I schedule the semi-annual fire inspections for 10,000 plus facilities,

annually. I schedule and conduct extinguisher training and public

education training for HUB and supporting FOBs. Checks fire protection

systems and equipment for proper placement and when required, accompany

craft-worker during systems maintenance and performance tests. Compiles

and submits fire prevention/ Safety reports for approval to the Deputy Fire

Chief or Fire Chief, includes the daily fire prevention SITREP. Analyzed

fire prevention measures to determine trends, problems, and formulated

corrective measures in compliance with LOGCAP 4 MSOW Requirements. Planned,

conducted and evaluated training on specialized fire protection equipment

and Fire Prevention required training. Instilled fire prevention awareness

and educational training as needed to base populous on the largest hub in

Afghanistan. Developed systems and procedures to inspect, test and maintain

site fire protection equipment. Lead emergency evacuation drills and Safety
