and CitiStreet. HR Shared Service solution group were the intended customers of this application. They used

the application to analyze the usage of the enterprise systems and the systems usage report was shared with

Citistreet for further analysis and categorization. This application was modeled to report out the usage of

various applications by the employee by interfacing with Cognos DW for detail internal reporting and

analytical purpose
