in resolving issues resulting in order processing to timely revenue capture. Team lead in redesigning
processes resulting in reduced service delivery time and faster revenue capture.
• Coordinated redesign of frontend biller support systems in adding critical data edits, ensuring order data is
entered correctly and processed by backend biller, reducing order fallout, increased revenue and client
satisfaction.
• Team lead for restructure of Government Markets user permissions for enhanced service to the client,
extending data and application access privileges initiated in Business Direct. Streamlined multiple processes,
eliminating the need to re-provision companies and users when contracts are renewed or accounting changes
occur, saving the work center an average of one week per month.
• Enhanced order processing time by automating charge code generation and upload processes, critical in
processing client orders for AT&T services and billing of services. The redesign resulted in a savings of two

• Redesigned Networx Price Quote used to obtain a quote for services and products in advance of creating an
order. Decreased time in loading reference tables, validated data contents and identified associated tables
requiring modification. Resulted in resource savings of 5 days per month.
• Redesigned Datamart load processes, reducing processing time by 65%, ensuring data errors are identified
upfront instead of middle/backend. Redesign included parameterizing error tests and automating inter-module
flow ensuring AT&T Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met for government customer invoices.
• Direct interface to AT&T Support Groups for government agencies contracts resolving user permission,
data retrieval and report delivery issues. Provide user training when problem resolution is due to new

allowing orders to be automatically generated/processed by the billing application without human
intervention, reducing human error and delivery time.
• AT&T - Requirements analyst for redesign of Service Order application for FTS2000 Contract for multiple
telecommunications services moving the application to a Windows platform and incorporating all necessary
changes to establish Y2K compatibility, ensuring contractual requirements and Service Level Agreements
were being met.
• Cable & Wireless under contract from MAXM Systems Corporation - Requirements analyst for definition
of MAXM Trouble Ticket System (TTS). The TTS is integrated with MAXM Fault Management System and
MAXM Titan 5500 Network Management System. In the event of an equipment or facility alarm, the TTS
provides notification to remote site locations and to the Network Management Center and initiates testing and
tracking activities until the problem is resolved.
• Cable & Wireless under contract from MAXM Systems Corporation - Requirements analyst for definition
of the MAXM Titan 5500 Network Management System (NMS). This system is responsible for performing
equipment and circuit provisioning functions for DS1 and DS3 circuits routed through the Titan 5500 High
Speed Digital Access Cross Connect Systems. The NMS also performs surveillance activities of the
performance of the equipment and circuits in the network; in the event of a failure, circuits are dynamically
rerouted to an alternate route to maintain service to the customer.
• Other project work during this time included Fannie Mae, Sprint, and MCI.
