I was a customer service representative who was responsible for answering phones at my desk and updating

a wide variety of orders ranging from in ground basketball hoops, treadmills to playsets. My duty was to update

customers on any information regarding their orders as well as handle a wide variety of irregular situations

with customers, clients as well as our contracted service technicians. My job was to provide the best customer

service experience possible and to de-escalate any negative situation and ultimately provide resolutions. I

also processed payments, scheduled customers with the proper technicians and ultimately created the best

experience possible for our customers nationwide.

Telemarketing Representative

Farmers Insurance Agency - Addison, IL - January 2013 to March 2013

I was a telemarketer for Farmers Insurance in the private office of the Provinzino Agency. My duties were to

make cold calls off privately purchased phone numbers and to expand the business of Farmers while providing

customers and potential prospects with free auto and homeowners insurance quotes. I averaged 200-300 calls

per evening.

I was a Sales Representative with Vector, which is a distribution company that sells a product called CUTCO,

which is a set of Cutlery and knifes. Cutco is of the finest in the world that had the most affordable cost. My

duties as a Sales Representative were to find warm or cold leads and set up appointments with clients at their

house or in whatever location needed be. I sold these knives to anyone who was willing to listen and watch

my demonstration.

I was a Customer Service Representative at Pro Access. My job duties required me to answer phone calls and

help customers with transactions, quotes and any sort of service experience that need be. I also had to learn

different operators, gate types, and other accessories and parts that Pro Access provided.

As a Customer Service Representative at Fifth third Bank I was responsible for cross selling accounts, providing

every client with the best customer service on the planet which is still my guarantee to this day. I also

balanced my drawer helped audit ATM machines and made sure that every transaction was done accordingly

to procedure but within the best interest of the customers so they knew that Fifth Third Bank and myself was

the best possible branch and experience that I could have provided for my clients.

deals, savings, limited time offers, and so on. I also cleaned the custard machines, vacuumed, cleaned table

counters, Pop machines and every other aspect of the store that needed tidying up. I also brought customers

there food and made them have a wonderful Culvers experience entirely.

Lombard Park District Tennis Instructor

I was a tennis instructor for youth ages 4-15. I taught children how to serve, set, volley, spike and to just all

around have a great time playing tennis. I was on Glenbard East's High school tennis team for 4 years so and

I have been playing all my life so I have great insight to the game of tennis and I loved teaching children a

game that they Educational Background will be able to play for the rest of there lives no matter how old they

become. I loved working with children and they loved me as an instructor. I felt so accomplished when I could

see that my students were developing, learning, and growing up right in front of my very eyes. This was one

of the most satisfying feelings seeing your teachings better someone else. It was a wonderful summer job and

a great overall experience.

Usher - Drury Lane - November 2007 to April 2008

I was an usher at Drury Lane for 6 months. I would prepare the playbills, escort people to their seats and made

sure that other people were silent during the plays so that others could enjoy the show more thoroughly. I also

would help handicapped people to there proper seating arrangements and made sure that every customer

had the best experience that they could have.
